Every license, registration, and certification Pro Build holds is published here with the official verification path. Each takes under 60 seconds to verify at the appropriate state or federal registry. We list each by tier — statutory licensing (CSL, HIC, Master Plumber, Master Electrician), program authorizations (Mass Save HPC), and manufacturer/regulatory certifications (EPA RRP, brand certifications).

Consumer Protection

Pro Build's MA HIC Registration unlocks the Massachusetts Home Improvement Contractor Guaranty Fund — a state-administered consumer protection mechanism providing up to $10,000 recovery to homeowners harmed by registered HIC contractors. Only registered HIC contractors are covered. This is one of the three reasons we list HIC alongside CSL on every proposal: it protects you, not just the contractor.

Insurance Coverage

General Liability: $2,000,000 per occurrence / $4,000,000 aggregate — Certificate of Insurance (COI) available on request.
Workers' Compensation: Required by MGL c.152 for all MA employers — COI on file.
Commercial Auto: $1,000,000 combined single limit — all crew vehicles covered.

How to Request Verification Documents

License numbers and Certificate of Insurance can be provided on any project proposal in writing. Email hello@probuildhomeservices.com or call our office. Real MA contractors include all license numbers + insurance summary on the first page of any proposal — if you're shopping multiple contractors and one of them stalls when you ask for numbers, walk away.
