Heat Pump & HVAC
Pro Build replaced our 22-year-old oil boiler with a Mitsubishi cold-climate heat pump and full insulation package. Mass Save rebate of $9,800 came through 7 weeks after install. Electrical

Roofing
Full roof replacement after the December nor'easter ripped half our shingles off. Pro Build was on-site within 24 hours to tarp, had the insurance scope written within 3 days, and replaced the roof in 2 days once materials arrived. Plumbing
Burst pipe at 11pm in February. Called the emergency line, real human answered in under a minute, technician was at the house in 70 minutes with the right materials. Repaired the section, replaced two corroded shutoffs that were going to fail next, and restored water by 2am. They didn't try to upsell a whole-house repipe — said our pipes had another 8–10 years if we replaced just the shutoffs. They were right.
How We Handle Negative Feedback
Two reviews in the past 18 months started below 5 stars. Both were resolved within 30 days — one was a paint touch-up that got missed on the punch list, the other was a Mass Save rebate filing that took longer than the homeowner expected (ultimately a state-side delay, not ours).
